Service Terms
Version 2026-07-28. Plain English on purpose: this is the whole agreement for the pilot.
1. Your images are yours
Every photo you upload and every image generated from it belongs to your dealership. We claim no ownership of either. We take only the limited licence we need to operate the service for you: storing your uploads, processing them into finished images, and showing them back to you in your account.
2. What we do with your uploads
Your photos are used solely to produce your outputs: generation, quality verification and support. We do not use your photos or your generated images to train AI models, and we do not share them with anyone outside the service providers that process them on our behalf.
3. Deletion
Delete a car in the app and its photos and renders go with it. Ask us to delete your account data and we will, within 30 days, including backups. No lock-in, no data hostage.
4. Review before you publish
The service replaces the background and lighting of your photos; the car itself must stay true to life. Every image must be reviewed and approved by your staff in the app before it is published. Under Australian Consumer Law, the listing you publish must accurately represent the vehicle, and that responsibility sits with the dealership. If a generated image ever misrepresents the car (a badge, trim, wheels, condition), do not publish it: regenerate the shot or report it to us and we will fix it.
5. Platform rules
You are responsible for meeting the image rules of the platforms you list on (for example carsales' AutoGate policies). Do not upload photos taken by a platform's own photography service: those images are the platform's property and must not be processed here.
6. Service basis
The service is provided on a fair-use basis and, during the pilot, free of charge unless agreed otherwise. We may update these terms; material changes will be shown to you for acceptance before you continue. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to resupplying the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
7. Privacy
Account details (names, logins, contact details) are used only to run the service and are never sold. Number plates visible in uploads are treated as part of the vehicle imagery and can be covered in generated images using the plate cover option.
